Aunt Mary Solitaire
This engaging card game draws inspiration from Yukon Solitaire, featuring a few key variations that may necessitate adjustments in strategy. At the outset, players receive 6 cards laid out across 6 tableau piles. The first pile contains all 6 cards facing up, the second pile has 5 cards face up, and this pattern continues until the last pile, which is topped by a single exposed card. The leftover cards make up the stock pile. The objective of the game is to transfer all the cards into 4 foundation piles, organized in ascending order from Ace to King, and grouped by suit. Players must also build their tableau piles in descending order, alternating colors. You are permitted to move any series of tableau cards to another tableau pile, as long as the rules are followed. If a tableau pile is emptied, only a King can be placed in that vacant space. Additionally, players can reveal one card from the stock pile and position it onto a tableau pile in accordance with the established guidelines. Cards can also be moved from either the stock or the tableau to the foundation piles when the rules allow. Once all stock cards have been played, they cannot be reused, as redeals are prohibited. With strategic thinking and a bit of luck, you can successfully transfer all cards to the foundation piles. The more cards you manage to place into the foundations, the greater your final score will be, making for an exciting challenge in this unique solitaire variant.
